The third stage of the ambitious redevelopment of the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo, home to Serie A club Atalanta BC, has officially commenced. The green light for this critical phase was given on June 5, 2023, marking a major milestone in the stadium's modernization project.

The third stage involves the demolition of the Distinti Sud section of the stadium, which currently houses the infrastructure essential for stadium operations. This demolition will pave the way for the installation of state-of-the-art technology to enhance the fan experience and operational efficiency of the venue.
